1961 Chevrolet Nomad

This 1961 Nomad is one of our famous patina builds. While retaining its weathered body, the Nomad has been completly gone through from front to rear. With modern reliabilty of an LS power plant and advanced Dakota digital gauges, this car feels and drives like a modern vehicle. The suspension was replaced with tubular control arms, and Hotchkis front and rear big sway bars. The car has air suspension and big 13" C6 Corvette brakes. Power steering was added for a modern feel. The interior is brand new front to rear from Cars Inc. The exhaust is hand built manderal bent done in house by us at Streetheat. The engine and transmission were profesionaly tuned by Nomad Tuning. The rear end is a 3.23 factory Posi. This car drives          as good as it looks with all the comforts of a modern vehicle.
